The fall of the Berlin Wall – a pivotal moment: Marco Mannozzi on his life's journey

Marco Mannozzi grew up in picturesque Tuscany. He began his career at the age of 17 in Rome, and later worked and lived in London, Paris, and New York.

In 1989, he visited Berlin two days before the fall of the Berlin Wall. He was right in the middle of this historic moment that would change his life. The city was magical. Everyone was happy to finally enjoy their freedom. Families were reunited after years of separation. There was an incredible energy and sense of change in the air. He simply didn't want to leave. The city immediately offered him the opportunity to practice his art in a variety of ways, even on screen. He began working in film, primarily in the eastern part of the city and at the Babelsberg film studios, as well as for the magazine Sybille. Everything seemed like a film within a film. He worked as head of makeup with TV stars such as Christine Neubauer, Andrea Sawatzki, Klaus J. Behrendt, Martina Gedeck, Katja Flint, Otto Sander, Christiane Hörbiger, Charles Aznavour, Estelle Getty, and many others.

He has lived in Berlin since 1989 and launched his own make-up line under his name in 2006.

For many years, Marco Mannozzi has dedicated himself to the beauty of women and men. In his experience, it is particularly important and essential for women to rely on healthy and effective makeup methods. A well-groomed appearance also enhances one's character and develops the charm of a unique personality.

Against this backdrop, Marco Mannozzi, in successful collaboration with dermatologists and chemists, has created a makeup line that places particular emphasis on developing natural-based products while simultaneously ensuring a high level of comfort. The ease of use and the subtly transparent and polished appearance after application are of paramount importance. The dermatologists' extensive and thorough research has truly paid off.
